Making a Reservation

Contact us directly to reserve your spot! Your phone call or email will temporarily reserve you a spot on the tour of your choice if space is still available. You can reserve a tour at any time during the year and up to 30 days prior to departure, less than 30 days prior to departure please contact us directly.

All tours are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Thus, if you want to make sure your spot is finalized, please send in your deposit as soon as you know you are going. Customize Your Own Tour

For more than 20 years, Destination Cycling has been organizing custom cycling tours throughout Europe and the US for individuals, families, corporate groups, and charitable organizations. In 2011, Destination Cycling is proud to welcome back several of our custom tour clients for the sixth year in a row!

We are in the business of making people’s dream vacations possible, no matter how big that dream might be. Our past custom tour clients have succeeded in riding all 2,241 miles of the Tour de France route and in raising over $100,000 for MS Society. What is your dream? Deposit and Payment

A deposit of $500 per person is required to reserve a tour. Please note that your reservation is not complete until your deposit has been paid and you have received a confirmation letter from Destination Cycling. The remainder must be paid 90 days prior to the tour start. For payment, Destination Cycling accepts personal checks, and money orders.

Included in your tour price*:

All tour prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change due to fluctuations in foreign currency.

All accommodations

  • All meals – breakfasts, lunches, dinners
  • All snacks and drinks for each days ride
  • Bike guides for each organized daily ride
  • Daily route support with our vans, including drinks and on the bike snacks
  • All transportation during the tour (airport pick-up and drop-off; stage transfers)
  • All luggage transfers
  • Mechanical assistance from mechanics during the day (if needed) and after each stage
  • Bicycle assembly upon arrival and break-down for return tour
  • Daily post-ride massages
  • Equipment: Cycling Gear to include: 1 – short sleeve jerseys, 1 – long sleeve jersey, 1 – bibs, 1 – pair of socks
  • Daily routes and maps that you can download to a Garmin GPS 705, 800
  • Pre-departure info on how to prepare for your tour
  • All transfers, hotels and restaurants

Items not included:

  • Airfare to and from the tour
  • Lodging before and after the tour
  • Personal items purchased during the tour
  • Personal hotel expenses; mini bar, telephone, room service
  • Bicycles, equipment needs
  • Travel and personal insurance
  • Tips for staff
